Indians have a deep love for fritters also known as pakoras or bhajiyas. From paneer to onion, there is a variety available in the market. A plate of fritters with evening tea has the power to uplift your mood. Don’t you agree? Now, what if we tell you that there is a vendor who sells 15 types of bhajiyas. Recently, a food vlogger (therealharryuppal) came across a fritter shop that sold various kinds of fritters, ranging from kamal kakdi (lotus stem), aloo tikki and kathal (jackfruit) to palak (spinach) and various other creative varieties.

The shopkeeper shared the history of their shop, boasting that it was 60-70 years old and they offered a selection of 15 types of fritters. As the vlogger eagerly awaited their first taste, the shopkeeper arranged an array of different kinds of fritters on a plate crafted from biodegradable paan leaves. Then he drizzled a green chutney over the fritters and offered them to the eager customer. The vlogger took a bite and commented, “Kamaal hai, ekdum zabardast.” (It is amazing)
