Gurmel Singh, who lost his leg in an accident, got support from Union Minister Anurag Thakur for his treatment. Singh, who is from Himachal Pradesh’s Bilaspur, got an artificial limb with the minister’s help. Mr Thakur helped 22 people before helping Gurmel Singh.
