PM Modi To Meet Italian PM Meloni Soon: India To Attend G7 Summit

PM Modi is just a few hours short of holding the Prime Minister’s Office for the 3rd straight time. Narendra Modi will take oath on June 9 as Prime Minister after winning the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections. With this, PM Modi will become the 2nd PM to hold the PMO for three terms after former PM Jawaharlal Nehru. Shortly after resuming his office, PM Modi will be back in action mode to serve the nation. The Indian Prime Minister will visit Italy to attend the 2024 G7 Summit after the swearing-in ceremony. Earlier in April, Italian PM Giorgia Meloni had extended an invitation to India for the G7 Summit. PM Modi thanked the Italian Counterpart and reaffirmed India’s participation in G7 Summit Outreach Sessions. The annual summit of the group of the world’s largest economies is scheduled to be held from June 13-15 in Italy’s Puglia. Reuters’ sources informed that South Africa and Brazil are expected to attend as members of the G20 forum.
