Manifestation means we can manifest anything we desire in our lives. We can shape our lives the way we want to. It is also called the Law of Attraction, where we attract every single thing in our life based on what we are giving out. If we give positive energy about wealth, relationships, success and health, we will receive the same from the Universe. The beauty of Manifestation is that it is a scientific concept with proven techniques.

The key to attracting positive events in life is appreciating even the smallest things, forming a chain reaction of gratitude that raises our energy and vibration.Focusing on something to be grateful for, even on a bad day, can completely change our energy.

It is imperative to be clear about what we want in order to make it happen. If we’re unsure about our desires, it’s hard to achieve them. Being specific helps our brain understand that we’ve already imagined what we want. As our thoughts reflect our desires, it’s also important to break the negative thinking patterns.

If you want the cosmos to make your dreams a reality, one way is to make a vision board. This involves creating a personal goal map with the help of images that describe the life you want to live and the goals you have.
All you need is a board and photographs of things you would love to have. Then, place the board in a way that you can see it daily, concentrate on your goals in life, and you are more likely to take deliberate steps towards achieving those goals.

One thing we have heard our elders say is to always say something positive, and if you can’t, then don’t say anything at all. This is because the things you say emit a specific energy. Therefore, it is important to repeat affirmations throughout the day. Affirmative sentences boost our confidence and have a positive impact on our mindset. Some examples of affirmations may include “I am strong and compassionate,” or “I attract success and abundance.”

Expressing desires with the help of writing brings clarity to thoughts and feelings. By writing, we can delve into the smallest details of our aspirations. With clearer intentions, we send a stronger message to the universe. Whether it’s jotting down daily blessings or outlining our dreams, journaling signifies our belief in their realisation.

Having faith that your desires have already come true generates positive energy in the universe. The law of assumption operates on the idea that our desires are already a reality. Trusting in your desires generates energy in the universe to make them happen, eliminating doubt and overthinking.

By writing a desire 55 times daily for 5 days, you can change the energy and achieve your desires; or, write your desires 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night to shift universal energy in your favour.
