CPI to field candidate against Priyanka Gandhi in Wayanad LS seat – Times of India
T'PURAM: CPI will soon select a candidate to take on Priyanka Gandhi Vadra in Wayanad, party's Kerala state secretary Binoy Viswam said on Tuesday amid speculations over LDF's pick in the constituency.Viswam also took on the Congress, saying the party should not have deceived the people of Wayanad by keeping them unaware of the plan to field Rahul Gandhi from two seats in Lok Sabha elections."CPI is contesting to ensure that non-Congress votes do not go to BJP.
