NEW DELHI: Former chief of Delhi Commission For Women and Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal on Tuesday wrote to chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and accused the Delhi government of “systematic dismantling” of the state women’s rights body since her resignation in January.
