NEW DELHI: A Supreme Court bench on Thursday heard the petitions seeking an independent probe in Pegasus snooping row and asked the petitioners to serve copies of their pleas to Centre. NEW DELHI: Israeli government agencies have raided some offices of surveillance software vendor NSO Group “to begin assessing” security breach allegations against the company’s Pegasus spyware in the wake of an international media consortium claiming to have blown the whistle on multiple governments snooping on prominent personalities, journalists and political rivals. The Israeli ministry of defence announced the raids through a tweet. The Jerusalem Post reported that representatives of Israel’s defence establishment had visited the NSO headquarters on Tuesday.
