New Delhi: 'IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack' filmmaker Anubhav Sinha recently lost his temper at a press meet on Tuesday. Sinha was there to promote his series along with the star cast of the film, and talk about the 1999 incident. Anubhav Sinha was asked a question about the alleged distortion of facts in the web series which he refused to answer. When he was constantly asked to address the two, the filmmaker lost his cool. New Delhi: Netflix content head has been summoned over the 'IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack', Netflix series directed by Anubhav Sinha. The series has become embroiled in controversy for hiding Muslim identities of IC 814 hijacks with alias names. As per an India Today report, the Anubhav Sinha-directed series has become embroiled in controversy for allegedly altering the names of two hijackers to Hindu names. As per the same report, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has asked the Netflix content head to appear before it on Tuesday, September 2, 2024.
