NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi met former PM and Janata Dal (Secular) leader HD Deve Gowda on Thursday evening at his residence in New Delhi. Union minister and JDS president HD Kumaraswamy was also present in the meeting. PM Modi also received an artwork from Deve Gowda related to his spiritual visit to Kanyakumari. The painting depicted PM Modi in front of an idol of the great Indian saint and spiritual icon, Swami Vivekananda.PM Modi thanked the former Prime Minister for this gift and stated that this artwork took his mind back to the spiritual retreat.
