Bengaluru: A 24-year-old woman from Bihar was stabbed to death by a man at her paying guest accomodation at Koramangala on July 23. The killer is on the run and efforts are on to nab him. Meanwhile, the chilling CCTV footage of the entire incident has emerged two days after the murder, showing the young woman being murdered mercilessly as she cries for help. The Karnataka government has decided to allow private colleges to increase the fee for Engineering and Architecture courses by 10% for 2024-25.The decision was taken in a fee fixation meeting held on Friday, chaired by M.C. Sudhakar, Minister for Higher Education, and Sharan Prakash Patil, Minister for Medical Education, with representatives of private professional college managements, including the Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges’ Association (KUPECA).  Observing that the decline in FDI is not just confined to Karnataka, Large and Medium Industries Minister M.B.
