PUNE: Probationary IAS officer Puja Khedkar's private Audi A4, which had a a beacon and "Maharashtra Govt" insignia, was issued 21 challans - worth Rs 26,000 - for traffic violations previously, Pune ACP Manoj Patil said.The challans, issued for acts of violation like over-speeding, jumping signal and refusal to stop when asked by the police, are pending clearance since 2022."Traffic police have generated one more challan with a fine of Rs 500 for the use of a beacon light and 'Maharashtra Govt' insignia on the car," Patil said."The car used by Khedkar is registered in the name of a company - Thermoverita Engineering Private Limited," he added.
