Actor Yash SPOTTED at Mumbai airport, sparks speculation about 'Ramayana' and 'Toxic' film shoots

Kannada superstar Yash made a high-profile arrival in Mumbai city late Tuesday evening, sending fans and paparazzi into a frenzy. The ‘KGF’ star, was spotted arriving at the private airport, rocking a cool bearded look, triggering all sorts of questions from eager fans. While some couldn’t help but ask if he is in town for the much-anticipated film ‘Ramayana‘ or another project titled ‘Toxic’.
Yash’s visit comes amidst ongoing speculation about whether or not he will be seen in Nitesh Tiwari‘s ‘Ramayana’ Part 1, playing the role of Raavan. The speculation surrounding Yash’s potential appearance in the film has been building for months, with fans eagerly awaiting official confirmation. Interestingly, it was revealed early this month that filming on Part 1 of the mythological drama had concluded.

Yash has been cast as Ravana, opposite Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita. The big-budget film will also star Arun Govil as Dasharatha, Lara Dutta as Kaikeyi, and Ravi Dubey as Laxman. Both films are reportedly being shot simultaneously, with a release of the first part planned for a 2026 premiere.

However, another possibility that has fans intrigued is Yash’s involvement in ‘Toxic’, which went on floors last month. While details about the film remain under wraps, fans wondered if he was in Mumbai for professional reasons.
As Yash made his way out of the airport, he made sure to keep the paparazzi click-happy as he posed for photos and waved to all gathered at the gates. In a touching display, the actor also pulled down his windows to greet fans and shutterbugs as he made his way out of the airport.
