Ben Stokes open to extending his white-ball career with England following McCullum appointment

The England cricket great Ben Stokes said he would be open to playing again for the ODI and T20 teams following the decision to put Brendon McCullum in charge of the limited-overs set-up as well as the test side.“If I get the call saying, ‘Do you want to come and play?’ — it’s definitely going to be a ‘yes,'” Stokes, England's test captain, said in an interview with British broadcaster Sky Sports.Stokes, who played match-winning innings for England in the finals of the 50-over World Cup in 2019 and the T20 World Cup in 2022, came out of ODI retirement to feature in last year’s dismal World Cup defense.
