The pollution control certificate of this vehicle expired on August 4 but despite this, the vehicle was running on the roads. The matter came to light on Tuesday when the Chief Minister reached Kushi Betiya village of Kargahar block of Rohtas district to attend the death anniversary of DM Dinesh Kumar Rai's father.
