IPL auction: Accelerated process to begin from player 117 | Cricket News – Times of India

MUMBAI: In order to speed up the IPL 2025 mega auction process in Jeddah on November 24 & 25, the BCCI will have an accelerated process which will start after 116 players have been sold. The 117th in the list is Ricky Bhui.In a communication to the franchises last week, the BCCI wrote, "For your planning purposes please note, subject to timings it is envisaged that the accelerated process will start after player No. 116. The first accelerated process will cover all the players from 117-574. Franchises will be asked to nominate a set number of players from this group by 10 PM on the evening of Nov 24.
