So, we asked experts for six ways to help improve brain functioning.Dr Narander Singhla, lead consultant in internal medicine at CK Birla Hospital®, Delhi, told us that improving brain functioning can be achieved through a combination of lifestyle changes, mental exercises, and healthy habits.
“Regular exercise is essential for brain health as it improves blood flow, boosts cognitive function, and promotes neuroplasticity. Engaging in at least 20-30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, such as walking, cycling, or swimming, multiple times a week can enhance brain performance,” said Dr Singhla.
