Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is back in the city after his quick weekend visit to Dubai for his Dabangg tour. ETimes paparazzi caught a glimpse of the actor as he made a hush-hush arrival back home. Dressed in a hoodie and his trademark black tee and jeans, the actor was seen surrounded by armed bodyguards as he exited the airport and walked to his waiting car.
The actor’s appearance comes shortly after he rocked the stage in Dubai, performing live at his star-studded Dabangg Reloaded tour. The event, which took place on Saturday, marked the actor’s first international appearance since receiving multiple death threats from alleged members of Lawrence Bishnoi‘s gang.
The actor rocked the stage with performances that saw him getting groovy with fellow B-town stars like Tamannaah Bhatia, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonakshi Sinha, Aastha Gill, Sunil Grover, Prabhu Deva, and Maniesh Paul.
Besides dancing the night away, Salman also wooed the crowds with an impressive drone-show that featured his image lighting up the night sky.
The Dubai leg of the tour serves as the kickoff for a series of performances in the Middle East, with stops planned in Jeddah and Doha in the coming weeks.
Salman’s tour comes amid heightened security concerns. In October, the actor’s close friend Baba Siddique was tragically gunned down near his office in Mumbai’s Bandra area, prompting Salman to scale back his public appearances. Despite the challenges, the actor has not let the threats come in the way of his film and other work commitments.
While in Dubai, Salman’s photos with rumoured girlfriend Iulia Vantur‘s parents added to the buzz around the actor’s personal life and speculation on whether he is finally ready to tie the knot and settle down.
