FWICE demands inquiry after security breach on Salman Khan's 'Sikandar' set involving non-member junior artist

Salman Khan recently faced a serious security threat when a person illegally entered his shooting location in Dadar, Mumbai. The incident occurred on December 4, 2024, when the unidentified man attempted to access the set and threatened crew members by asking, “Should I call Bishnoi?”.
After a security breach on Khan’s film set of ‘Sikandar‘, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees has demanded an inquiry on the non-member junior artists who were detained in the case. They have also clarified that the junior artiste was not associated with the registered junior artistes association and was an outsider.
President BN Tiwari said, “The man did not belong to any of our associations and we have no record of him with the junior artistes association who actually threatened Salman Khan’s bouncers with Bishnoi. It was actually a huge risk that the makers are taking by not making proper inquiry before hiring people for a set that has Salman Khan who has high security due to the threat.”
Tiwari added that FWICE demands a thorough inquiry into the incident and appeals to all the producers to hire members associated with the FWICE for shooting purposes whose records are with us.
The long-standing feud between Salman Khan and Lawrence Bishnoi has led to alleged threats against the actor. Earlier this year, gunfire erupted outside Khan’s residence, with the same gang reportedly taking responsibility for the incident. This conflict traces back to 1998 when Khan faced accusations of poaching blackbucks during a trip to Rajasthan. Because the Bishnoi community regards these animals as sacred, a public apology from Khan has been demanded by Bishnoi.
