After a thorough interrogation, the suspected foreigner was placed under arrest as per relevant sections of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act for smuggling commercial quantities of drugs.
The arrested Kenyan woman has been identified as Emily Rodha, 43.
