Bigg Boss 18: The highly anticipated ‘Bigg Boss 18’, hosted by Salman Khan, is gearing up for its premiere, and speculation around the contestants is doing the rounds. According to reports, ‘Bigg Boss 18’ is expected to premiere on October 5, with a brand-new teaser recently released featuring Salman Khan’s voiceover. This year’s theme seems to revolve around time travel, focusing on the past, present, and future.
Dheeraj Dhoopar, Sohaib Ibrahim part of Bigg Boss 18
While the official contestant list remains under wraps, several names have already surfaced. Among the most talked-about participants are actors Dheeraj Dhoopar and Nia Sharma, who are said to have confirmed their participation.

There are also reports of Sohaib Ibrahim being a part of the show. “When they sign Bigg Boss, it comes with an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), so they cannot confirm the news. During Bigg Boss OTT 3, Sai Ketan Rao denied it initially but ended up on the show. So Shoaib is definitely part of this season,” a source was quoted as saying by Indian Express.
Isha Koppikar may also be a contestant
There will reportedly be 18 contestants in total this year. Bollywood actress Isha Koppikar is reportedly in final negotiations to be part of ‘Bigg Boss 18’, after originally being considered for the Marathi version of the show.
“Isha was in talks for Bigg Boss Marathi, but given the wider reach of the Hindi version, she is likely to join the Salman Khan-hosted show,” a source told Indian Express.
Suspense around Nia Sharma and Rithvik Dhanjani
Meanwhile, India Today reported that Nia Sharma signed her contract just two days ago. However, conflicting reports suggest that Nia may not enter the Bigg Boss house after all, as her current show, Laughter Chefs, has been extended until January 2025.
Other confirmed contestants are Deb Chandrima Singha Roy and actress Chahat Pandey.
According to Indian Express, popular television host and actor Rithvik Dhanjani is in advanced talks to join the show, though an official confirmation has not yet been made. Other rumuored contestants for this season include Kedar Aashish, Niayti Fatnani, Shanthi Priya, Jannat Zubair, Mr. Faisu, Deepika Arya, Thugesh, and Maxtern.
