Ankita Lokhande opens up about buying her first house in Mumbai
Now, a clip from Ankita’s old interview, where she talks about having two houses in Mumbai, has gone viral. In the video, Ankita said in Hindi, “The first time I bought my own house, which is in Malad, and it’s a 4 BHK. Buying that house felt great, especially at such a young age. When I used to think about renting, the rent was so high. I thought it’s better to just buy it, and that became my first home purchase. It feels good to have so much space in Mumbai.”

Internet users claim Ankita co-owned the house with late actor Sushant Singh Rajput
However, netizens were quick to remind the actress that she had co-owned the property with her former boyfriend, late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
A comment read, “My own house…4BHK…Ghanta….That so called house was not at all a 4BHK house but it was two separate 2BHK flats co owned by Sushant…half of which you have just looted.” Another user wrote, “Isiliye ED ne bataya tha Sushant tumhare ghar ka emi de raha tha…tum na bahut smart ho…2019 ka dikhaya…2018 tak ka bhi dikhati…it was only from 2019 that u started paying yr dues.”
“That flat was co owned by Sushant also. He was also paying the EMI’s. Kitna jhooth bolti hain yeh. Selfish lady,” another user said. “I think not your house this is your husbands house,” a comment read.
