Ruturaj Gaikwad rates RCB match as second most looked forward to, for CSK
Ahead of his team’s clash against Royal Challengers Bangalore, Chennai Super Kings captain Ruturaj Gaikwad has said that the south side derby was the second-most anticipated face off after Mumbai Indians.
Gaikwad was speaking exclusively on JioStar’s “Star Nahi Far” program and spoke of his bond with fellow captain Rajat Patidar with whom he is friends. “Really looking forward to playing against RCB, especially with Rajat (Patidar) as the new captain. Immediately when they announced Rajat as the captain, I messaged him and wished him good luck. We have been friends for a while now, we know each other really well, and obviously, RCB has been one of the strongest teams. They have done really well every year now,” Gaikwad said.
