Chef Viraf Patel has curated a new menu that celebrates its roots and historical charm while embracing innovation. Beginning July 3rd, the chefs at Lotus Cafe, JW Mariott Juhu, have curated special treats that pay homage to the rainy season and that will be a part of the extravagant buffet spread every Wednesday and Thursday for dinner. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Arabian Sea as they binge on monsoon delights like Club Kachori paired with Cuttack Aloo Dum, Ram Laddoo, Poke Bowl, Beer Battered Dishes and Tempura, Mexican Style Elote Corn, Viruddhnagar Kuttu Paratha, and much more.

10. Dashanzi, JW Mariott Mumbai Juhu

Dashanzi, the progressive Asian restaurant at JW Mariott Mumbai Juhu, has announced a new Robata and Ramen menu for the monsoon season. Available from 8th July, this fusion promises to be a memorable culinary journey highlighting the finest Asian flavours. Guests can experience Robatayaki, or robata, a traditional Southeast Asian “fireside cooking” technique with social and interactive elements. Moreover, diners can feast on meticulously crafted ramen delicacies that will also include “Kansui”, a special alkaline water that gives the ramen noodles succulent spice and tensile texture. Menu highlights include Spicy Shoyu Umami Ramen, Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, Shoyu Miso Ramen, Veg Shoyu Ramen, Chicken and Leek, Norwegian Salmon, and much more.

Kembara, a relatively new Pan-Asian restaurant in BKC, has unveiled a monsoon menu you should not miss. The dishes spell comfort with every bite and are made using handpicked recipes from cuisines across Asia – Japanese, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, Malay, Korean, and more. Highlights include mango mustard corn ribs, coconut basil grill prawns, teriyaki grill chicken and Thai herb grilled sea bass.

Mokai, Bandra’s artistic new Asian cafe, has a range of monsoon specials that you need to check out. There’s also a mouth-watering selection of Dim Sums and each bite-sized treat is served in an aromatic Tom Yum broth drizzled with kaffir lime oil. Bastian Bandra and Bastian – At The Top, Dadar, have launched new menus you cannot afford to miss. The dinner menu at Bastian – At The Top now includes sweet treats such as Love Bites, Hazelnut Crunch Pull-Me-Up and Choco Jam. There are new additions to the brunch menu at the Dadar location and the lunch menu at the Bandra location too.
