No arrest yet after Gurgaon shopkeeper shot dead for refusing to deliver samosa
A 27-year-old sweet shop owner was allegedly shot dead by four men near Jhajjar Chowk in Gurgaon’s Farrukhnagar in broad daylight on Tuesday, following a dispute over his refusal to deliver a samosa to a nearby office.
Police said Rajesh Saini was struck by two of the four bullets fired and died instantly.
An FIR has been registered against Pankaj from Ismailpur, Faridabad, and three accomplices.
No arrests have been made yet in the case.

The complaint states that on Monday evening, Pankaj approached Saini’s shop, requesting a samosa be delivered to a friend’s office nearby.
Saini declined, stating that he did not provide delivery services. This led to a heated exchange and Pankaj allegedly threatened Saini before leaving.
