‘Developed Maharashtra–2047’ vision: Fadnavis holds warroom meet on social sector
In a bid to turn into reality the ‘Developed Maharashtra–2047’ vision, the state government on Thursday announced the formation of various committees. While the advisory committee comprising senior Cabinet ministers will be headed by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the coordination committee comprising senior bureaucrats will be led by Chief Secretary Sujata Saunik.
Apart from these, sectoral committees on agriculture and allied sector; industry and service sector; infrastructure sector; social; administration and environment sector have also been announced. Each of these committees will be headed by administrative heads of the respective departments and comprise senior officials as well as members from the non-government sector.
