Chhattisgarh: CBI raids places linked to 2 former IAS officers for ‘influencing’ NAN cases
The CBI has conducted searches on premises allegedly linked to former joint secretary and former principal secretary and recovered some incriminating documents after an FIR was registered for allegedly influencing proceedings of Nagrik Apurti Nigam (NAN) and ED cases.
On April 16, after taking over the investigation from Chhattisgarh’s EOW, the CBI on Friday registered an FIR against three persons — Anil Tuteja, IAS (retd), then joint secretary, Dr Alok Shukla, IAS (retd), then principal secretary, and Satish Chandra Verma, then Advocate General, and conducted the searches.
