Donatella Versace is stepping down as creative director of the iconic Italian luxury house to take on a new role as chief brand ambassador. The big role shake-up was announced on Thursday by Versace’s US owner, Capri Holdings. Replacing Donatella is Dario Vitale, the former head of design and image at Miu Miu, which is part of the Prada Group.
