JAMMU/DEHRADUN: Union home minister Amit Shah said on Tuesday that BJP's lotus would bloom in J&K "on its own" as the Narendra Modi govt had earned people's love and faith by restoring peace in the UT and initiating the development it sorely lacked for decades.
