IND vs SA, Centurion weather update: Wet outfield delays toss of India vs South Africa 1st Test at SuperSport Park
IND vs SA first Test: The start of the first Test match between India and South Africa has been delayed due to wet patches on the outfield, according to media reports from South Africa. The toss, which was to happen at 1 pm IST (9:30 am local time) has consequently been pushed ahead.
It is learnt that an inspection of the conditions will happen at 10 am local time (1.30pm IST).
Even before the match, there had been predictions of heavy rains interrupting the first two days of the first IND vs SA Test at Centurion.
According to AccuWeather, there remains a 96% chance of rain during the day on Tuesday. The website also added that there was a 38 percent chance of thunderstorms, most likely between 7 and 9 am (local time). About four hours of rain is expected in Centurion on Tuesday. The c...
