CM Devendra Fadnavis flags off trial run of Mumbai Metro Line 9 from Dahisar to Kashigaon
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis Wednesday flagged off the trial run and technical inspection of Phase 1 of Mumbai Metro Line 9 between Dahisar East and Kashigaon.
This Red Line 9 corridor is a part of a larger initiative to connect Mira-Bhayander with the rest of Mumbai through efficient Metro connectivity.
Along with Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, Fadnavis also inspected the newly built elevated road.

The 13.5-kilometre Metro Line 9 is being constructed in two phases by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), and the Phase 1 section covers four stations — Dahisar, Pandurang Wadi, Miragaon, and Kashigaon.
