Watch: Cricketer throws bat, kicks gloves and helmet after being run out at the non-striker end
Claremont’s Jarrod Kaye was furious after being run out at the non-striker’s end by bowler Harry Booth, as New Norfolk went on to win the Southern Cricket Association First Grade final by 49 runs.
The run-out occurred during the second innings of the match.
Following the incident, tempers erupted after the umpire raised the finger. Kaye tossed his bat in the air in anger before doing the same with his gloves and helmet. While walking back to the pavilion, he can be seen sharing some angry words towards the umpire and the bowling team.
