In another generous gesture at alumni giving back to the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, Nakul Aggarwal and Ritesh Arora, co-founders of BrowserStack, have committed to contributing Rs 100 crore to their alma mater to enhance campus infrastructure, particularly pertaining to student residential facilities. The co-founder duo of BrowserStack, a cloud-based web and mobile testing platform, graduated from IIT Bombay in 2006 with BTech degrees in computer science engineering. Bombay HC says seized vehicles unlawfully parked on roads, footpaths adding to pedestrians’ woes, seeks state-wide policy

The Bombay High Court recently observed that while encroachments on footpaths in Mumbai or any other city are making the lives of pedestrians “miserable”, problems of unlawful parking or dumping of seized vehicles occupying public roads and open spaces are adding to such “woes”.In doing so, the court directed the traffic police department in Mumbai and across Maharashtra to gather substantial information on such vehicles along with photographs of the ‘plight’ and submit a report on the same.
