Heat a pan or grill, place the marinated chicken pieces on a grill rack or brush some oil on a non-stick pan and cook the chicken breast by flipping sides, add ½ teaspoon of soy sauce and paprika to the chicken and cook it well. Once done, transfer to a plate and cut into pieces.Next, wash, cut and assemble the leafy greens and veggies in a large bowl.Make a dressing with crushed garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, whisk it nicely and pour over the greens.
