MUMBAI: The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) will invite applications for members of the Cricket Improvement Committee.
“We will have a meeting of the office-bearers next week specifically focused on cricketing matters where we will decide on the CIC.
“The office-bearers will discuss and then approach the Apex Council,” MCA president Amol Kale said after the Apex Council meeting on Wednesday.
When asked about whether there was a discussion on Mumbai’s below-par performance in the Ranji Trophy this season, Kale said: “We are awaiting the reports of the coach (Amol Muzumdar) and manager (in this regard).”
Meanwhile, the Dr HD Kanga League knockouts will be played in April-May
