IPL 2022, SRH vs PBKS: Sunrisers Hyderabad look to end on a winning note against Punjab Kings | Cricket News – Times of India

With nothing to play for in an inconsequential match against Punjab Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad will look to end their campaign with a win in the last league match of the IPL at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Sunday.
SRH started with three defeats but turned it around with an impressive run of five consecutive wins, only to succumb to five more losses.
They just about managed to scrape past Mumbai Indians by three runs in their penultimate match. They are level on points with Punjab Kings. Both teams went out of the reckoning after RCB beat GT on Thursday.
Skipper Kane Williamson has left to be with his partner for the birth of their second child, so Bhuvneshwar Kumar is likely to lead.
Punjab, meanwhile, ruined their chances after a 17-run defeat to Delhi and will also be seeking a consolation win.
