IND U19 vs AUS U19 Semifinal Live Score: India’s skipper Yash Dhull has won the toss and elected to bat first against Australia in the second semi-final of the ongoing ICC Men’s U-19 World Cup.

India will be up against Australia in the Super League semifinal of the ICC Under-19 Men’s World Cup 2022 on Wednesday. India have won the U-19 World Cup crown a record four times and are eyeing for a fifth title. Indian team have an upper edge against the talented Australian team, whom they defeated comprehensively in the warm-up game.

The winner of the match will face England in Saturday’s showpiece at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium. Meanwhile, India skipper Yash Dhull says his team’s warm-up victory over Australia last month won’t have any substantial impact on their forthcoming final four clashes. Dhull’s team thrashed the Aussies by nine wickets in Guyana prior to the competition proper getting underway, with the skipper himself scoring an unbeaten half-century.

The four-time champions started the tournament on the right note, overcoming a good South Africa side by 45 runs, but soon ran into a situation where they were struggling to field a playing XI after multiple players were found to have contracted Covid-19 hours before their match against Ireland. Five members of the squad were unavailable for their second group clash, against Ireland on January 19 after a Covid outbreak.
