Commissioner RSK, Lokesh Kumar Jatav said that the activities will help children learn life skills along with keeping them engaged during the summer vacations.
The activities for the competition will begin with a creative writing competition called ‘Lockdown Diary’ where students will share their experiences of the lockdown in a creative way. This will be followed by ‘Timeless Wisdom’ where elderly members of the families will narrate their learning and their experiences of similar situations in the past. The third activity will again be for the children to help them showcase the new skills they acquired during lockdown and the last activity will be for parents to share their experiences along with fun ways and measures they used to keep children busy during lockdown so that they did not demand going outside to play. Teachers will also have to describe the new teaching techniques they adapted to take online classes during the pandemic.
Students willing to participate in the competition will have to submit their photo and details along with their contact information on the number 9968556947 released by the RSK.
