Central Coast: Affordable property for sale for as little as $360k – realestate.com.au

With beautiful beaches, lakes and most suburbs around 90 minutes from the CBD, the NSW Central Coast is renowned for being an affordable alternative to the expensive Sydney property market.

There are still plenty of listings, some for as little as $360,000 … buyers may just need to reassess location or be willing to roll up their sleeves for a big renovation project.

From as far south as Spencer, all the way up to Summerland Point, here are five affordable listings around the $400,000 mark.

OURIMBAH

A neglected home at 9 Pacific Highway, Ourimbah is looking for a fix up and has a price guide of $380,000-$410,000, which is a bit over half the suburb median of $735,500.

One of the best things about the suburb is the location, which is only 1 hour and 8 minutes from Sydney CBD, depending on traffic.
